DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplement with antioxidant action, indicated to improve the general health of aged animals.
Glucosamine promotes the synthesis of proteoglycans, which are necessary for the synthesis of joint cartilage.
Especially formulated for the protection of joints from natural or excessive weakening in aged animals.
TARGET SPECIES
Cats and dogs: puppies, adult, and aged animals.
USAGE
Indicated for the protection and maintenance of cartilage, tendons, connective tissue and ligaments.
Helps protect joints from natural deterioration. Helps relieve joint pain and stiffness caused by joint problems.
For animals in which the cartilage deteriorates excessively due to exercise, overweight, and old age.
As an adjuvant in special cases like primary or secondary arthrosis (degenerative arthropathy), coxartrhosis due to dysplasia, spondyloarthrosis. Chondroprotective agent, useful in cases of prolonged use of systemic corticosteroids.
ADMINISTRATION ROUTE
Oral.
DOSAGE
Cats: Administer 1⁄2 tablet per day.
Dogs: Administer 1 tablet every 10 kg bw, up to 4 tablets per day.
The duration of the treatment should be of 8 weeks at least.
HOW SUPPLIED
Bottles containing 30 and 60 cross-scored tablets.
WARNINGS
Make sure that the complete dose administered is taken by the animal.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not administer to animals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
STORAGE
Keep between 15 and 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight.
