Description
Corticosteroid anti-inflammatory at 0.2%, rapidly absorbed at the application site, allowing it to reach the site of inflammation within minutes, reducing the typical signs (redness, heat, pain, swelling, and loss of function) of the affected tissue.
It can be administered through multiple routes (IM, IV, intrasynovial, or intra-articular) for general inflammatory processes, as well as in combination with an appropriate antibiotic in cases of infectious conditions.
Due to its membrane-stabilizing action, it is also indicated in cases of shock and allergic reactions.
